The Collective is a team of creative artists in Eugene, Oregon who share a love for the craft of hairdressing and a desire to improve the industry by doing things differently.
Our number one priority is YOU. Everyone is welcome here. And when you leave, our hope is that you feel a little bit lighter, a little bit brighter and more like your true authentic self.

We're committed to providing each guest with exceptional service. Our salon is unique in that all of our stylists specialize in services they love doing. When a guest visits us, they will see someone who enjoys and specializes in the service they are seeking. From the knowledge and skills of our craft to the bits of ourselves we share with our guests, we are dedicated to having you leaving feeling better than when you arrived.
Sustainability
We are a certified Green Circle Salon which means we recycle up to 95% of the waste generated in our space. We believe not only in choices that promote sustainability of our planet but also of our physical bodies. We care for ourselves first so that we can care for each of you! We search far and wide to find the best products available, from packaging, design, ingredients, and brand focus on stewarding the earth and the community they support.

Inclusivity
We believe everyone deserves a salon experience that is welcoming and inclusive. This applies to our workspace for all team members and our self-care space for all guests. We have partnered with Dresscode Project to ensure that we are a gender affirming salon with educated staff who are empowered to help people look the way they want to feel.

Education
Our team understands that there is always opportunity to learn and grow. We are dedicated to supporting each member of our team on the journey to continue to expand not only their skillset but also their emotional intelligence. Additionally, we seek to ensure that every stylist is educated in all hair types. The Collective was born out of a desire to help people feel their best. That desire has only deepened over the last 5 years as I continue to discover my own purpose on this earth. My passion for people, the planet and this craft has led me to bring together a team of highly skilled & kind hearted individuals who aim to work in a sustainable and safe space to serve others as lightworkers and healers. We are dedicated to helping people feel good by providing exceptional holistic services, utilizing clean products and promoting conscious practices in a sustainable space that is welcoming and inclusive.
