Jazzmine Parliament  (she/her)

Jazzmine is a devoted mother of two, a loving wife, and a wild woman at heart. Beyond creating beautiful hair and offering her clients a space of care and renewal, she finds joy in dancing, singing, rock climbing, crafting herbal medicines, connecting with nature, sharing time with loved ones, and participating in ceremony.

Born and raised in Oregon, she has spent much of her life in coastal towns and carries a deep love for the ocean. After graduating from cosmetology school in 2014, she moved to Eugene, where she built her career in the salon industry. Following a heartfelt pause to welcome and nurture her two children—both born at home—she spent that time growing herself and her family. Now, she returns to her craft with a renewed sense of purpose, creativity, and grounded presence.

Jazzmine specializes in long layered haircuts, precision scissor-over-comb short cuts, blonding and highlights, foilayage, root touch-ups, creative and vibrant colors, and most favorited ritual haircuts designed to bring both beauty and intention to each client’s experience.
