The Collective is a team of creative artists in Eugene, Oregon who share a love for the craft of hairdressing and a desire to improve the industry by doing things differently.
Our number one priority is YOU. Everyone is welcome here. And when you leave, our hope is that you feel a little bit lighter, a little bit brighter and more like your true authentic self.

We are dedicated to supporting each member of our team on the journey to continue to expand not only their skillset but also their emotional intelligence. Additionally, we seek to ensure that every stylist is educated in all hair types. We welcome educators from all over to come teach in our salon. “When you cease to learn, you cease to grow.”

This applies to our workspace for all team members and our self-care space for all guests. We have partnered with Dresscode Project to ensure that we are a gender affirming salon with educated staff who are empowered to help people look the way they want to feel.

We search far and wide to find the best products available, from packaging, design, ingredients, and brand focus on stewarding the earth and the community they support.
